Lady Bird, a Kent based punk trio, emerged into the mainstream in January after being announced as the first act to sign to Mercury-nominated duo Slaves’s Girl Fight Records.

Since then, they’ve released their debut single, Spoons, showcasing their unique style of social commentary, which gained support from BBC Radio 1 and Apple Music’s Beats 1 Radio, and were also announced as BBC Introducing’s Track of the Week in March. Following the success of their breakthrough track, Lady Bird released their Social Potions EP, premiering the lead track’s video with The Independent, who described their music as 'aggressive, intelligent post-punk' documenting 'the trial and tribulations of life in the 21st century via a protagonist caught in a cycle of debauchery'. The trio are now set to hit the festival circuit this summer, including Reading & Leeds Festival, Boardmasters, Boomtown and The Great Escape.
